Refund Eligibility

We stand behind our educational services. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund (Within 14 Days)

  • Single sessions or programme enrolment cancelled within 14 calendar days of purchase
  • Customer satisfaction guarantee: if you're not satisfied with the first session, full refund available
  • Service not delivered as described
  • Technical issues preventing service access

NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled session
  • No-shows without prior notice
  • Requests after session has been completed or recorded access provided
  • Refund requests more than 14 days after purchase
  • Repeated cancellations or pattern of abuse

Cancellation Procedures

To cancel or request a refund, contact us at:

Provide your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

Class Rescheduling

For sessions cancelled with 48+ hours notice, we offer complimentary rescheduling to another class within 30 days at no charge. Use rescheduling as an alternative to refund when possible.

Programme Refunds

For multi-week programmes (6-week, 12-week):

  • Within 14 days: Full refund of remaining value
  • After 14 days, before week 3: 50% refund of remaining value
  • After week 3: No refund; rescheduling to future cohort available

Membership Cancellation

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with 7 days written notice. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing month. No refund of current month's fees.

Extraordinary Circumstances

In cases of severe illness, injury, or exceptional hardship, we may consider exceptions to these policies. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Disputes & Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund, contact us within 14 days of the decision. We will work to resolve the matter fairly. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to alternative dispute resolution services.
